1. Contractual partner and contractual basis

Your contractual partner for all orders regarding this online-shop is Andrea Versand, Owner: Andrea Schulz, Am Steinchen 2, 56414 Steinefrenz, kontakt@andrea-versand.de.
The following rules are valid for all rights and liabilities of this contractual relationship.
General terms and conditions of customers will not be accepted.


2. Offer and conclusion of contract, coverage of delivery

The product offers in the Web-Shop are independent offers to the customer for ordering at Andrea Versand. By sending the order form via the Internet the customers initiates a binding contract. Andrea Versand will be sending an eMail acknowledgment of receipt to the customer before shipping the ordered goods. A separate eMail confirming the shipping will be sent afterwards.
The first eMail does not mean the acceptance of the offer, but only an information that the order has been arrived properly at Andrea Versand.


3. Prices

Prices shown in the Web-Shop include all kinds of taxes, especially the VAT. Shipping costs are invoiced separately and shown in the invoice as separate position. Shipping costs are being paid by the customer, depending on the amount of the goods and the location, where to be shipped. The current shipping costs are available under “Shipping & Returns” in the left menu on the Webpage.


4. Warranty/Claims

There is no acceptance of guarantee by Andrea Versand. Legal warranty claims are not affected by that.


5. Reservation of proprietary rights

Andrea Versand stays proprietor of all goods until the full payment has been completed.


6. Payment

Shipment of goods will occur when the full payment has been happened.


7. Data privacy protection

Andrea Versand only uses personal data of customers according the legal conditions. All data entered for the ordering process are just used to fulfill the realization of the contract. Data are treated confidential and not given to any third party, that is not involved in the ordering-, shipping- and payment process.  Each customer has the right to get information about his personal data stored. The Customer has the right to correct, block or get his data deleted, as far as there is not legal obligation to keep those stored.


8. Miscellaneous

In case of any paragraph being not valid, it will be replaced by a rule, which is close to the economic sense of the effectless one.
