Right of rescission
You can cancel your contractual statement within two weeks without providing reasons in textual form (for example letter, fax, email) or by resending the item. The period begins at the earliest upon receipt of the merchandise and not before the expiration of the date which follows receipt of these instructions according to § 312c Para. 2 BGB i.V.m. § 1 Para. 1, 2 and 4 BGB - InfoV as well as our obligation according to § 312e Para. 1 S. 1 BGB i.V.m. § 3 BGB - InfoV.. Consequences of rescission
In the event of a valid cancellation, the services received by both parties are to be returned and any resulting benefits (for example interest) are to be surrendered. If you cannot return the received service in full or in part or only in worse condition, you must then provide compensation for lost value if necessary. For the transfer of items, this does not apply if the deterioration of the item is exclusively attributable to its inspection - as could have occurred to you in a store transaction. Otherwise you can avoid the value replacement obligation as you do not use the item as an owner and refrain from doing anything which negatively impacts its value. Items which can be sent as a package are to be returned at our expense and risk within 30 days. Items which cannot be sent as a package will be picked up from you. The grace period starts for you with sending the declaration of rescission or shipping the goods, for us with the arrival of the goods.
